A Hay Squeeze will be used to unload your hay. A Hay Squeeze is a piece of equipment designed to move hay in stacks or blocks of 64-68 bales at a time. These machines typically have a vertical clearance of 13ft and are as wide as a semi-truck. Keep this in mind when building a hay barn or shed to store your hay. The opening or door will need to be 13ft high to allow a squeeze inside. We have a 1 specialized hay squeeze that will fit inside a 10ft opening but as a general rule barns need be built with a 13ft. vertical clearance.
A basic rule is to feed 2lbs for 100lbs.
